By accessing or using LuckyLoop (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify members of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or using another person's identity is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the community.

LuckyLoop offers virtual rewards including XP Stars, Clover Fragments, Lucky Dice, Scratch Tickets, Lucky Coins, Tokens, and Golden Chests (collectively "Rewards"). These Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable outside the Platform unless explicitly permitted.

Rewards are earned through participation, gameplay, promotions, referrals, and community engagement. We reserve the right to adjust earning rates, add or remove reward types, and modify redemption options at any time.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or automate reward earning (including botting, scripting, or fraudulent referrals) will result in forfeiture of Rewards and account termination.

Certain promotions, giveaways, and sweepstakes on the Platform are governed by separate official rules. In the event of a conflict, those official rules prevail over these Terms.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes. Winners are selected at random and notified via the email associated with their account.

All sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. We comply with applicable state and federal regulations.

You agree to use the Platform in a respectful, lawful manner. Harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, impersonation, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Do not share sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content. Do not attempt to phish, scam, or deceive other members.

We moderate content and behavior at our discretion. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban.

Members may invite friends to join LuckyLoop using a unique referral code. Both the referrer and referee may receive bonus Rewards upon qualifying actions.

Referrals must be genuine. Inviting fake accounts, using disposable emails, or creating self-referrals constitutes fraud and will result in clawback of earned Rewards.

We reserve the right to cap referral bonuses, adjust program terms, or pause the program at any time.

You retain ownership of content you post on LuckyLoop. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

You may not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Copyright violations should be reported to support@luckyloopgames.com.

All Platform branding, design, code, and original content are the property of LuckyLoop and its licensors.

LuckyLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting support@luckyloopgames.com.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, USA.

You may close your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon closure, any unredeemed Rewards may be forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity.

Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
